Yummy Recipe By Mummy – Coriander Mint Chutney

Chutneys and food go hand in hand, be it any season. Winters are incomplete without paranthas for my family and chutney is a must have with paranthas.

Chutneys are really a saviour, even the simplest recipe tasted yum with chutney. Spicy coriander mint chutney is top-rated in my family and is a must needed with every meal entire summer.

It’s tasty, spicy and refreshing. Even the most hated but easiest to cook a vegetable like a bottle gourd (lauki) is loved and make a tempting meal when served with coriander mint chutney.

So, to make your life easy and give your food a spicy refreshing touch.

  4. Wow, this is a good one. Just a small tip. To increase the shelf life and make the chutney sharper (dhaba style) don’t use onion and tomatoes and instead add 2 tbsp roasted Jeera to the ingredients and make a chutney. see the difference when you eat it with kebabs and Tandoori dishes. 🙂
    Cheers!!
