The launch took place in Delhi’s esteemed fitness facility and health club, Fitness First amid health enthusiasts across the city. The evening began with a special addressing by renowned clinical nutritionist and founder of Whole Foods, Ishi Khosla. A discussion between Vedant and Ishi ensued wherein the young achiever discussed his passion for good food and his future ahead in the world of hospitality.

The Book is divided into a ‘health on the go’ section, a section focusing on treats followed by excerpts of interactions with leading society figures on their journey with health and fitness.

Born and brought up in New Delhi, eighteen-year-old food enthusiast Vedant Bahri’s life so far has weaved around his passion for food. An avid blogger since he was fourteen, he regularly shares reviews of leading restaurants, recipes as well as tips and tricks around food. This love and passion for all things culinary has led to the launch of Cheat It All, a guide to healthy eating without the guilt.
Besides his passion for health as well as food & nutrition, Vedant Bahri is an ardent supporter of his mother, visual artist Puja Bahri’s NGO, Arts For All for young and upcoming artists.
The young achiever aims to focus on business and marketing while exploring his love for food across the world. He possesses a keen eye for new restaurants, writing food articles, and also offering new restaurants PR advice and strategies to reach their target audience.
Vedant will soon embark on a new chapter by heading to Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland, one of the most premier hospitality schools in the world to pursue a bachelors degree in hospitality management.
