  • Padmasana (Lotus Pose): Begin by sitting cross-legged on the floor. Place your right foot on your left thigh and vice versa, so the soles of your feet are pointing towards your lower belly. Place hands on your thighs while you exhale and inhale.

  • Balasana (Child’s Pose): Start by kneeling on the floor and sitting back on your ankles comfortably. Exhale while you bend forwards from your torso and touch your head to the floor. Place your arms by your side, stay in the pose and relax.

  • Trikonasana (Triangle Pose): Stand with your legs far apart and inhale. Lower your left hand and hold your left ankle on an exhale. Lift up your arm, so it is horizontal to your left arm. Ensure all your joints are straight. Look upwards and relax your neck. Hold this pose and repeat with your right arm.
