Chicken bharta is one of the most popular dish at my home and is loved by all. Chicken bharta is basically spicy diced or minced chicken. A delicious dish served with Naan or paranthas or even cherished with rice.
I prefer diced chicken over minced chicken, purely my choice. You can go with your choice.

Recipe looks nice. One querry I had was when to use the boiled spices which we remove initially?
Frankly, I haven't used them as the water have its flavor and my family doesn't like whole spices much. If u want u can use water with spices or u can add spices with onion.
