Chutneys and food go hand in hand, be it any season. Winters are incomplete without paranthas for my family and chutney is a must have with paranthas.
Chutneys are really a saviour, even the simplest recipe tasted yum with chutney. Spicy coriander mint chutney is top-rated in my family and is a must needed with every meal entire summer.
It’s tasty, spicy and refreshing. Even the most hated but easiest to cook a vegetable like a bottle gourd (lauki) is loved and make a tempting meal when served with coriander mint chutney.
So, to make your life easy and give your food a spicy refreshing touch.

Wow the chutney looks so mouthwatering… i’m going to try your recipe today only..
I love tasty chutneys with any snack! I haven’t made a chutney with tomatoes. Will try this version.
That’s one chutney you’ll always find at my home as I love it with almost everything be it chapati or parantha or sandwich.
Wow, this is a good one. Just a small tip. To increase the shelf life and make the chutney sharper (dhaba style) don’t use onion and tomatoes and instead add 2 tbsp roasted Jeera to the ingredients and make a chutney. see the difference when you eat it with kebabs and Tandoori dishes. 🙂
I always have coriander chutney stock at my home and going to try this version next time. It always adds flavor to snacks.
This is one chutney which is Everytime available at home for every meal…I will sure try your recipe too
My mom loves green chutney. I will definitely try to make this for her and I’m sure she’ll enjoy it
First, love the chutney recipe and I also made this with the same method. Maharaja is a great brand of the mixer and I had used this years ago with very good experience. thanks for sharing more detail about it.
This is a very similar recipe to mine. However usually I try avoiding tomatoes and onions if planning to store for longer, since they happen to change the taste after a day.
I have always wondered what in the world does my coriander chutney lag. Now I see where the more flavor comes from. I never used tomato in it 🙈 but this chutney is like an all time fav. Will check out the mixie you have mentioned here.
Yummy chutney. Do you know the recipe of tomato chutney, which people have with appam? I love that but have no idea of how to make it.
You have done a great job with Maharaja mixer grinder.
The chutney looks yummy. Its my favorite
Chutneys are always at my table coz i love the spice and this sounds so great as an accompaniment for any meal. Thanks for the recipe.. will try this for sure.
I love coriander mint chutney and everyone in my family loves it too. I never tried adding garlic to it though. Next time I’m going to add this twist.
This coriander chutney is my favourite. My mother makes it in a slightly different way. She put two three things in addition to these and makes it less spicy.
Coriander-mint chutney is a must at our home at least during lunch. I have never tried adding lemon but will try it this time. We also have Maharaja Whiteline mixer grinder.
Coriander mint chutney is one of the best condiments. I always keep it handy for even a sandwich spread. I liked the extra addition of tomato here. Will try soon
wow it looks so yummy! I love such chutney… these are really good to have with pakoda or even with kababs
